Also called "Rosetta beads", the first Chevron beads was made in Venice back in 1495. They are particularly appreciated and sought after by noble families of Black Africa. In the West of Cameroon, these pearls are intended to mark a high rank in the hierarchy and play a protective role".
Today these beads are encrusted in the Bamileke culture. Sign of prestige and royalty, they are worn only during important traditional ceremonies such as king enthronizations and funerals.
The Blue, white and sometimes red Bamileke pearls on this necklace is NOT plastic. They are locally made of an alloy of Clay and some other products. After being cooked and dried in artisanal ovens, they are hand-painted.

HOW TO MEASURE
Bust: With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.
Hips: With your feet approximately 6" apart, measure around the fullest part of your hips. This area usually corresponds to the top of your legs.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Our return policy lasts 14 days. Your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. This includes its original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
The item must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt by you. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the item. Please make sure to get a tracking on your returns as proof of delivery. We refund shipping costs only if there were an error in the order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.
Items that were qualified for free shipping will be charged a shipping fee if they return for refund. The shipping fee will be estimated depending on the country where it was shipped to.
We do not issue refunds on shipping charges for any deliveries that are refused or unclaimed. The shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Our primary currency is USD dollars. Any refund for international orders in a non-USD currency form will be based on the daily exchange rate.
Late or Missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. They can be returned for store credit only.

We do not offer exchange because we cannot guarantee that the size or design you want will still be available or at the same price. If you need to exchange it for the same item, simply return it for refund or store credit and then purchase the new one if available.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
